DESCRIPTION:Psychological Safety is a prerequisite for participation in other UA Agility Series courses. \nAgility is the University of Alabama’s Continuous Improvement Program using Lean Higher Education as a guide. It’s a way to make our day-to-day work better. The program provides a Way of Thinking\, Way of Behaving\, and Set of Tools to help us continuously improve by working together.
