DESCRIPTION:Psychological Safety is a prerequisite for participation in other UA Agility Series courses. \nAgility is the University of Alabama’s Continuous Improvement Program using Lean Higher Education as a guide. It’s a way to make our day-to-day work better. The program provides a Way of Thinking\, Way of Behaving\, and Set of Tools to help us continuously improve by working together. Learn more –  Agility Continuous Improvement. \nChange Management is the second course of the UA Agility Series. \nChange is a constant in our lives\, from technology\, processes\, methods to people\, and it affects the way we perform our activities. The Change Management course presents concepts on how to implement and lead changes more smoothly and how to have those changes better accepted.
